AMAZON MARKETPLACE POLICY

1. Overview

This Amazon Marketplace Policy ("Policy") governs the rights and restrictions of all Reyliff customers, Founder Club members, and any other parties regarding the sale of Reyliff products on Amazon.com and any other Amazon marketplace globally. This Policy is a binding supplement to the Reyliff Terms and Conditions and Founder Club Membership Agreement.

2. Founder Club Does NOT Authorize Amazon Sales

Purchasing a Reyliff Founder Club membership — at any tier — does NOT grant authorization to sell Reyliff products on Amazon.com or any other Amazon marketplace.

This is an absolute restriction with no exceptions. Specifically:

  • No Amazon Seller Authorization. Reyliff does not authorize Founder Club members to create Amazon seller listings for Reyliff products as part of the membership benefits.
  • No Letter of Authorization (LOA). Reyliff does not provide, guarantee, or imply the provision of a Letter of Authorization for Amazon brand approval. Any representation by any party that a Founder Club membership includes an Amazon LOA is false and unauthorized.
  • No Invoice Guarantee for Amazon Ungating. Reyliff does not guarantee that invoices issued for Founder Club product purchases will be accepted by Amazon for brand approval or ungating purposes. Amazon's approval processes are entirely within Amazon's discretion and are not controlled by Reyliff.
  • No Amazon Brand Registry Endorsement. Reyliff LLC is the sole authorized brand owner on Amazon. Reyliff does not authorize third parties to list products under the Reyliff brand on Amazon without explicit written authorization.

3. Unauthorized Amazon Listings

Creating, maintaining, or contributing to unauthorized Amazon listings for Reyliff products is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of the Reyliff Terms and Conditions. Unauthorized listings include:

  • Any listing created without prior written authorization from Reyliff LLC.
  • Listings that use Reyliff's trademarked brand name, product names, logos, or images without authorization.
  • Listings that misrepresent the product, its origin, its quality, or its authenticity.
  • Listings that undercut Reyliff's official Amazon pricing or MAP pricing.

Reyliff actively monitors Amazon for unauthorized listings and will take enforcement action, including but not limited to: filing intellectual property complaints with Amazon, submitting counterfeit or unauthorized seller reports, and pursuing legal action against unauthorized sellers.

4. Limited Private Resale Rights

Founder Club members may resell Reyliff products purchased through their membership discount through private channels only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Private resale is permitted through direct personal sales, social media (non-marketplace), and personal networks.
  • The resale price must comply with Reyliff's MAP Policy at all times.
  • Members may not compete aggressively against Reyliff's own sales channels, including reyliff.shop and any authorized Amazon listings operated by Reyliff.
  • Members may not use Reyliff's brand assets (logos, product images, marketing materials) in resale activities without prior written authorization.

5. Non-Competition Obligation

By purchasing a Founder Club membership, you agree not to engage in any commercial activity that directly or materially competes with Reyliff's own sales operations, including:

  • Creating Amazon listings that compete with Reyliff's official Amazon presence.
  • Selling Reyliff products at prices below Reyliff's official retail price on any public marketplace.
  • Engaging in any activity designed to divert customers away from reyliff.shop or Reyliff's authorized channels.

6. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Amazon Marketplace Policy will result in:

  1. Immediate cancellation of Founder Club membership without refund.
  2. Permanent ban from purchasing on reyliff.shop.
  3. Filing of intellectual property complaints with Amazon against unauthorized listings.
  4. Potential legal action for trademark infringement, unfair competition, and breach of contract.

7. Reyliff's Amazon Presence

Reyliff LLC operates its own official Amazon seller account and brand presence. Reyliff's Amazon operations are entirely separate from the Founder Club program. Customers who wish to purchase Reyliff products on Amazon should do so through Reyliff's official Amazon storefront.
