BRAND PROTECTION POLICY

1. Statement of Brand Ownership
Reyliff LLC is the sole and exclusive owner of the Reyliff brand, including all associated trademarks, trade dress, product names, logos, visual identity, marketing materials, product formulations, and intellectual property. The Reyliff brand represents a premium positioning in the professional hair care market, and protecting that positioning is a core business priority.
This Brand Protection Policy applies to all customers, Founder Club members, resellers, affiliates, influencers, and any other party who interacts with or references the Reyliff brand in any capacity.
2. Protected Brand Assets
The following assets are exclusively owned by Reyliff LLC and may not be used without prior written authorization:

3. Prohibited Uses of Brand Assets
The following uses of Reyliff brand assets are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization:
3.1 Unauthorized Reproduction. Copying, reproducing, or distributing Reyliff's logos, product images, marketing materials, or any other brand assets in any medium or format.
3.2 Counterfeit and Imitation Products. Manufacturing, importing, distributing, or selling any product that imitates, copies, or is likely to be confused with Reyliff products. This includes products with similar packaging, branding, or naming.
3.3 Unauthorized Marketplace Listings. Creating product listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or any other marketplace that use Reyliff's brand name, trademarks, or product images without authorization.
3.4 Misleading Claims. Making false or misleading statements about Reyliff products, the Founder Club, or the Reyliff brand, including unauthorized claims about product efficacy, ingredients, or certifications.
3.5 Reputation Damage. Engaging in any conduct designed to damage Reyliff's reputation, including coordinated negative reviews, false complaints, or defamatory statements.
3.6 Domain and Social Media Squatting. Registering domain names, social media handles, or usernames that incorporate Reyliff trademarks or are confusingly similar to Reyliff's official accounts.
4. Authorized Use Guidelines
Founder Club members and authorized resellers who wish to promote Reyliff products must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Use only brand assets provided or explicitly approved by Reyliff in writing.
- Represent the brand in a professional, premium manner consistent with Reyliff's brand identity.
- Do not modify, crop, recolor, or alter Reyliff logos or product images.
- Include appropriate attribution when using Reyliff content (e.g., "Official Reyliff product").
- Do not use Reyliff brand assets in any context that could be considered offensive, inappropriate, or brand-damaging.
5. Enforcement
Reyliff actively monitors the internet, social media platforms, and marketplaces for brand violations. Upon identifying a violation, Reyliff will:
- Issue a cease-and-desist notice to the violating party.
- File intellectual property complaints with relevant platforms (Amazon, Meta, Google, etc.).
- Report counterfeit products to relevant law enforcement and customs authorities.
- Pursue civil legal action for trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition, and related claims.
- Seek injunctive relief, actual damages, statutory damages, and attorney's fees as permitted by law.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of Reyliff brand assets or any other brand protection violation, please report it immediately to:
