Discount Abuse Policy
DISCOUNT ABUSE POLICY
Reyliff LLC | Effective Date: January 1, 2025 | Last Updated: May 2025
1. Purpose
Reyliff LLC offers promotional discounts, Founder Club membership discounts, and occasional promotional codes as a benefit to loyal customers. These discounts are offered in good faith and are intended for personal use by eligible customers. This Discount Abuse Policy ("Policy") defines prohibited conduct and the consequences of abuse, and is incorporated by reference into the Reyliff Terms and Conditions.
2. Prohibited Discount Abuse Activities
The following activities constitute discount abuse and are strictly prohibited:
2.1 Multiple Account Creation. Creating more than one customer account — using different email addresses, names, phone numbers, or payment methods — for the purpose of accessing promotional discounts, referral bonuses, or first-purchase offers multiple times. Each individual is entitled to one customer account only.
2.2 Unauthorized Code Sharing. Sharing, posting, distributing, or selling Founder Club discount codes or any other promotional codes to individuals who are not authorized to use them. Discount codes are personal and non-transferable.
2.3 Commercial Exploitation of Personal Discounts. Using personal discount codes to purchase products in quantities that clearly indicate commercial resale intent, beyond the limited resale rights granted to Founder Club members. Reyliff reserves the right to define "commercial quantities" at its sole discretion based on purchase patterns.
2.4 Coupon Stacking. Attempting to apply multiple discount codes, promotional offers, or price reductions simultaneously in a manner not authorized by Reyliff.
2.5 Chargeback Fraud. Filing chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving products, using products, or otherwise obtaining the benefit of a purchase. This constitutes both discount abuse and fraud.
2.6 Promotional Manipulation. Exploiting system errors, glitches, or unintended pricing to obtain products at prices not authorized by Reyliff. Orders placed at clearly erroneous prices will be cancelled.
2.7 Reseller Abuse. Purchasing products at Founder Club discount prices and reselling them in violation of the MAP Policy or Amazon Marketplace Policy, or in quantities that harm Reyliff's commercial interests.
2.8 Identity Fraud. Using another person's account, discount code, or payment information to obtain unauthorized discounts.
3. Detection and Monitoring
Reyliff employs automated and manual systems to detect discount abuse, including but not limited to: IP address monitoring, device fingerprinting, purchase pattern analysis, shipping address analysis, payment method monitoring, and cross-referencing of customer accounts. Reyliff reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction that exhibits patterns consistent with abuse.
4. Consequences of Violation
Upon detection of discount abuse, Reyliff will take one or more of the following actions:
| Severity | Consequence |
|---|---|
| First offense (minor) | Warning issued; discount code deactivated |
| First offense (major) or repeat offense | Immediate account termination; all memberships cancelled without refund |
| Fraud or chargeback abuse | Permanent ban; legal action; reporting to fraud databases |
| Commercial-scale abuse | Civil lawsuit for damages including lost revenue, legal fees, and costs |
Account termination is permanent and irrevocable. Terminated users may not create new accounts under any name or email address. Reyliff reserves the right to refuse service to any individual associated with a terminated account.
