MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY

1. Purpose and Scope

Reyliff LLC ("Reyliff") has established this Minimum Advertised Price Policy ("MAP Policy") to protect the integrity of the Reyliff brand, maintain the premium positioning of our products in the marketplace, and ensure a fair and sustainable competitive environment for all authorized resellers and Founder Club members.

This MAP Policy applies to all individuals and entities who purchase Reyliff products for resale, including Founder Club members exercising their limited resale rights, any authorized wholesale or distribution partners, and any other party who advertises or sells Reyliff products through any channel.

2. Minimum Advertised Prices

The following Minimum Advertised Prices apply to all Reyliff products. These prices represent the lowest price at which any Reyliff product may be advertised, listed, or promoted in any public or semi-public channel:

Reyliff reserves the right to update MAP prices at any time with reasonable notice to known resellers. Updated MAP prices will be posted on reyliff.shop and communicated via email to Founder Club members.

3. What Constitutes Advertising

For purposes of this Policy, "advertising" includes any public or semi-public communication of a price, including but not limited to: product listings on any website, marketplace, or platform; social media posts, stories, or advertisements; email marketing campaigns; printed materials, flyers, or catalogs; YouTube videos, TikTok content, or any other video platform; and any other medium through which a price is communicated to potential buyers.

This Policy applies to advertised prices only. Reyliff does not restrict the actual transaction price between a reseller and their customer, provided that the advertised price complies with this Policy.

4. Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of Founder Club membership and/or reseller authorization:

• Advertising or listing Reyliff products at prices below the MAP.
• Using promotional language such as "call for price," "add to cart to see price," or similar tactics to circumvent MAP compliance while effectively advertising a below-MAP price.
• Advertising "bundle" prices that effectively reduce the per-unit price of Reyliff products below MAP.
• Participating in price-matching programs that result in below-MAP pricing on Reyliff products.
• Advertising Reyliff products as "clearance," "liquidation," or "going out of business" without prior written authorization from Reyliff.

5. Consequences of Violation

Reyliff monitors the marketplace continuously for MAP violations. Upon identifying a violation, Reyliff will:

1. Issue a written notice to the violating party requesting immediate correction.
2. If the violation is not corrected within 24 hours of notice, Reyliff will immediately cancel the violating party's Founder Club membership and/or reseller authorization without refund.
3. Reyliff reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for willful, repeated, or egregious MAP violations, including injunctive relief and damages.

6. Rationale

This MAP Policy exists to protect the premium value of the Reyliff brand. Price wars and below-MAP advertising devalue the brand, harm the customer experience, and undermine the investment made by all authorized resellers who comply with this Policy. By maintaining consistent pricing across all channels, Reyliff ensures that customers receive a premium experience regardless of where they purchase.
